We require all initial orders to be placed with a credit card. Download the Credit Card Authorization Form or request the form from Customer Service.
All pricing is determined by qualification of customer, wholesale/stocking retailer, designer net/non-stocking designer, and list/retail. Pricing is FOB Charleston, South Carolina. Any changes in pricing will be updated immediately through our website.
There are no required minimums when purchasing at Designer Net pricing. A valid resale tax certificate and business card are required to purchase from RO SHAM BEAUX at Designer Net pricing. RO SHAM BEAUX offers a designer appreciation program to those designers placing multiple orders with us on a quarterly basis. Please contact customer service regarding minimums and for more information on our designer appreciation program.
Retailers with a storefront location in a commercial delivery area can qualify for wholesale pricing by meeting our minimum opening order. A valid resale certificate, company letterhead, business card, and photo of the storefront are required to purchase at wholesale pricing from RO SHAM BEAUX. The minimum opening order for wholesale accounts is $5,000 with a $3,000 annual minimum thereafter. Initial orders require payment via credit card. You will be notified via email of your sign-in information once your application has been processed. RO SHAM BEAUX offers a stocking dealer appreciation program to those wholesale dealers ordering minimum quantities annually. Opening orders below the minimums will qualify for Designer pricing. Please contact customer service for more information on our exclusives.
All first orders must be paid via credit card and submitted with the credit card authorization form. Download the Credit Card Authorization Form. Orders must contain the account name, billing address, and ship to address. A deposit is required before an order is placed into our production schedule. Deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is due prior to shipping unless other terms have been arranged. All payments are received and processed at RO SHAM BEAUX, 3870 Leeds Avenue, North Charleston, South Carolina, 29405. We accept payment by check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Net 30 terms are available for dealers participating in our stocking dealer appreciation program only.
Unless advised by the purchaser, RO SHAM BEAUX will determine the appropriate shipping mode and carrier. Product shipping is based on availability, with in-stock goods shipping in a week or less. All Ground shipments are via FedEx. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled, re-routed, or redirected. Please do not refuse the delivery of any non-damaged shipment as this may result in additional restocking fees, return shipping charges, and may void the eligibility of a refund. For orders delivered by a Freight carrier, items must be inspected on site and any defects must be noted on the Bill of Lading when signing off on delivery.
Shipments which require shipping within 1 week of order being placed in production will incur a $150 rush fee. Failure to meet this shipping window will result in freight charges being paid by RO SHAM BEAUX.

For any order not shipped directly to the “sold to” customer’s place of business, warehouse, or commercial job site/receiver, a $25 drop ship charge will be applied in addition to the applicable shipping charges for each “ship to” address. This does not preclude applicable accessorial charges added by the freight carrier to include call before delivery, liftgate, and residential delivery charges which can be applied based on carrier requirements. All freight shipments going to residential address will be delivered curbside unless White Glove Services have been arranged.
RO SHAM BEAUX does not accept responsibility or liability for site preparation for or installation of its fixtures. It is strictly the responsibility of the client and his or her licensed installation professional to determine that site conditions are suitable to receive the weight and other aspects of the fixtures ordered. This includes electrical junction boxes and water/weather conditions. RO SHAM BEAUX is not liable for defective or improper installation work under any circumstances.
Product photographs are an approximation in terms of color. Furthermore, finishes can vary in some cases significantly. Many of our finishes are hand applied and are subject to occasional irregularities or variations. Some of our finishes are “living” and will continue to patinate over time.
Matching Existing Fixtures
Because slight changes may be made to our fixtures without notification, RO SHAM BEAUX cannot be held responsible for matching customers existing fixtures or fixtures that may have been purchased on separate dates/purchase orders unless we are notified by the customer at the time of purchase. Please note we may require photographs of your existing fixture in order to guarantee a match.
Damages and Shortages
RO SHAM BEAUX inspects and carefully packs each order before shipping with every effort made to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. All shipments should be inspected immediately on arrival with all exceptions noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery by the carrier. All claims for damage and or shortage must be made within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Please email claims to customer service along with a minimum of (3) pictures and a brief description. If the claim is due to shipping damage we request that you save all damaged cartons until any claim with the carrier is settled. Someone will get back with you within 48 hours on any properly submitted claim.
Thank you for purchasing from RO SHAM BEAUX. Your business is greatly appreciated. We go to great lengths in assuring the quality of our products. Slight variations in finish, tone, and color are common due to our use of natural materials and the fact they are handmade. These variations are not grounds for a claim.
Upon arrival of your package, please inspect immediately to insure that it has arrived in good condition. In the event you need to make a claim based on damage or defect, you must do so within 5 days of receiving merchandise. Returns must be packaged in the original packaging materials. Damages must also be boxed when carrier arrives to pick up the item(s) being returned.
Should you need to return an item for any other reason, a 25% restocking fee will apply and you will be responsible for arranging the shipment back to RO SHAM BEAUX. If your return/exchange is approved, the item must arrive within 7 business days of approval and it will be for STORE CREDIT ONLY. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CUSTOM DESIGNED PIECES. NO RETURNS ON BEADED FIXTURES (unless approved by office) as all beaded fixtures are custom made. Custom designed pieces include beaded fixtures, sconces, and drum pendants. There are no returns on samples.
To schedule a return, please fill out the Return Authorization Form. If damaged, please provide 3 photos (1-shipping label on box, 2- damaged item, and 3- image of box in which item arrived.) We will send an RMA number once processed that should be noted on the packaging of the return in a visible spot.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on beaded fixtures, drum pendants, custom fixtures, shades, or samples.
The delivery time on backorders can be up to 16 weeks. Please note the specified lead times noted on the order confirmation. If items are not received in our warehouse during this time period, RO SHAM BEAUX, will refund deposits at the customer’s request.
Our products carry a 3 year warranty for materials and craftsmanship. We firmly stand behind everything we make and will do what is necessary to ensure client satisfaction should anything fall short of expectations. The 3 year warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the fixture itself, and does not extend to ancillary charges such as site work or electrician fees. Determination of whether a repair or replacement is appropriate will be made by us at our discretion. Any approved repair work must be performed by us. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this warranty entirely. Incorrect installation or failure to follow our care instructions will void this warranty entirely. This warranty does not cover damages from weathering, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Our fixtures are bench-made and we pride ourselves on this form of craftsmanship. We believe this is why our fixtures hold such appeal for clients who seek individual quality. However, this type of production can lead to slight imperfections. Please don’t be surprised by occasional slight irregularities, inconsistencies, or variations in the fixtures.
Much of the glass we use is hand blown. Due to unique production methods, natural variation in tone and texture may occur.
*Knots, gauges, small cracks, and nail holes are inherent characteristics of many of our wood products and do not constitute damage/defects. No claims will be considered for these characteristics.
