RETURN POLICY

For all returns, please contact Customer Service at Hello@ro-sham-beaux.com   to request a return authorization.  All returns must meet our return requirements and have prior authorization.  Returns issued without a return authorization may not be eligible for refund.   

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  • We must receive your return request within 3 days of the date of delivery.
  • Return items must be packed in their original cartons complete with all parts and original packing materials.

The following items are ineligible for return:

  • Installed or Modified product
  • Customized or made to order product
  • Shades, Bulbs, or Individually purchased accessories
  • Final sale items
  • SLIGHT VARIATIONS IN FINISH, TONE AND COLOR ARE COMMON DUE TO OUR USE OF NATURAL MATERIALS AND THE FACT THAT SOME PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE. THESE VARIATIONS ARE NOT GROUNDS FOR A CLAIM OR RETURN. 

RESTOCKING FEES

All returns without defect are subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping.  Once the return has safely reached our warehouse you will receive an email confirming the amount of your refund minus applicable restocking fees.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Should you encounter a defect in our product please contact Customer Service at Hello@ro-sham-beaux.com  to request a replacement or return.  Items arriving with shipping damage or lost in transit must be reported within 3 business days of arrival  to qualify for credits or adjustments.  Do not remove these items from the original delivery address.
