Roshambeaux’s Customer Service and Logistics teams are dedicated to getting your purchases shipped as safely and efficiently as possible. We are pleased to offer free standard Ground and Curbside Freight shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous U.S.
Curbside Freight Shipping is for larger items that must ship with a freight carrier. They will be left outside the home, usually at the front door, and a signature is required for delivery. Items will not be brought inside or up any stairs, and lighting installation is not included.
Residential White Glove Delivery is an option for all items, and highly recommended. This service includes stair carry up to 1 flight, in room placement and package and debris removal. LIGHTING INSTALLATION IS NOT INCLUDED.
Items shipped Ground typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days of the shipment date. For items shipping freight, the customer will be contacted by the freight carrier for delivery timeline.
Please note the availability status of all items on your order. In-stock items ship within 7 business days of order confirmation. Lead times for backordered and pre-ordered items may vary and they typically ship within 7 business days once back in stock. We update our stock every two weeks.
POST DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
Recipient must open and inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Should you find any issues please contact us Hello@ro-sham-beaux.com for assistance. Any claims or damages must be reported within 3 business days of shipment to qualify for credits or adjustments. Please do not discard boxes or packing materials until you confirm the product is in good working order. Freight deliveries must be inspected on site and any defects noted on the Bill of Lading when signing off on delivery. Should you need to file a claim please contact Customer Service via email at Hello@ro-sham-beaux.com and one of our specialists will assist you. We will require 3 pictures with your claim submission . One of the shipping label(s), one of the damaged item(s), and one of the box(es) your product(s) arrived in. Once an order has been shipped it can not be canceled, re-routed, or redirected. Please do not refuse delivery of any non-damaged shipment as it could result in additional restocking fees, return shipping fees, and may void the eligibility of a refund.
