At Ro Sham Beaux, we sincerely hope you’re happy with each and every purchase from our factory to your house. If not, we would love to make things right by returning or exchanging an eligible item quickly and easily.

We want you to enjoy the items you receive and offer a 15 day return policy on eligible items. Some items on our site are not eligible for cancellation after 24 hours of order placement or for return/exchange. Please refer to the individual product page to view its specific return/cancellation policy. If you would like to exchange or return an eligible item purchased in the last 15 days, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

After submitting your return request, we will review the information and forward on via email an RA number and instructions for returning the item. If you were not logged into your account when the order was placed, you will need to contact us by email at customerservice@ro-sham-beaux.com or by phone. Please have your order handy and let us know the reason for the return or exchange.

Each product page has a Shipping & Returns section with information about eligibility. CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
*Please note that on returns of eligible items that aren’t defective, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Ro Sham Beaux will handle all shipping costs associated with defective items.Goods must be returned in original packaging and in the same condition as sent out from Ro Sham Beaux. Refund for product will be contingent on sufficient packaging to ensure no damage occurs when returning to Ro Sham Beaux.



Free Shipping Items
We currently offer free shipping on most Retail items. If for some reason you would like to return an item that had free shipping, the total refunded amount will equal the item price minus the shipping associated with the order.



Final Sale
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Standard shipping rates, if any, will apply.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping
Most items ship either ground or freight out of Charleston, SC. All items in-stock ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive with three to five business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Estimated ship times are located on each product page.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on most retail items.(Within the contiguous 48 states) If you order an item that offers free shipping in addition to one or more items incurring shipping charges, you will be charged only for the shipping costs associated with those items. Please see individual product pages for more on shipping costs. Items on sale do not ship free.

Additional Shipping charges
Some items require an additional shipping charge due to excess weight, or special packaging and delivery requirements. If there is an additional shipping charge for an item, it will be noted on the product page as a “delivery surcharge.” These would include ground delivery charges such as oversized package surcharges and Freight charges such as a lift gate requirement or in home delivery. We can also not be expected to pick up any “Ferry Fees.”

White Glove Shipping
In-home delivery is available for all of our large furniture items. Upon delivery, our shippers will unpack, place these furnishings in the room of your choice, and discard the packing materials for you. Assembly service is included. There are additional shipping charges associated with the “White Glove” services. You will be prompted for White Glove service during checkout.

Shipping Damages
While we do our utmost to ensure your items arrive in a timely manner and in perfect condition, there are some things that are beyond our control. We would like to claim that damages don’t occur during transit but it is important to understand that from time to time damages do occur. Please remember to inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Even if the packaging appears to be intact there is always the possibility concealed damage. If the inside of the box is not opened please make note with the shipper of this before accepting delivery. All claims for damage must be submitted with pictures within 72 hours of receipt. Please submit claims to customerservice@ro-sham-beaux.com and attach photos of the box and damaged item. Your claim will be reviewed and you will hear back from Ro Sham Beaux within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed. Please keep all original packaging materials until it is determined that your items are received in good condition. If damaged items need to be shipped back they must be in the original box with packing materials and need to ship within 5 business days. Please include the return authorization form we email back to you after you file your claim. Please note that upon receiving the damaged merchandise we will then send your replacement.

Expedited Shipments
Made to order shipments which require shipping within 1 week of the order being placed in production will incur a $150 rush fee. Any failure in meeting this shipping window will result in freight charges being paid to Ro Sham Beaux.

Site Conditions
RO SHAM BEAUX does not accept responsibility or liability for site preparation for or installation of its fixtures. It is strictly the responsibility of the client and his or her licensed installation professional to determine that site conditions are suitable to receive the weight and other aspects of the fixtures ordered. This includes electrical junction boxes and water/weather conditions. RO SHAM BEAUX is not liable for defective or improper installation work under any circumstances.

Finish Colors
Product photographs are an approximation in terms of color. Furthermore, finishes can vary in some cases significantly. Many of our finishes are hand applied and are subject to occasional irregularities or variations. Some of our finishes are “living” and will continue to patinate over time.

Matching Existing Fixtures
Because slight changes may be made to our fixtures without notification, RO SHAM BEAUX cannot be held responsible for matching customers existing fixtures or fixtures that may have been purchased on separate dates/purchase orders unless we are notified by the customer at the time of purchase. Please note we may require photographs of your existing fixture in order to guarantee a match.

Damages and Shortages
RO SHAM BEAUX inspects and carefully packs each order before shipping with every effort made to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. All shipments should be inspected immediately on arrival with all exceptions noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery by the carrier. All claims for damage and or shortage must be made within 3 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Please email claims to customer service along with a minimum of (3) pictures and a brief description. If the claim is due to shipping damage we request that you save all damaged cartons until any claim with the carrier is settled. Someone will get back with you within 48 hours on any properly submitted claim.

Backorders
The delivery time on backorders can be up to 16 weeks. Please note the specified lead times noted on order confirmation. If items are not received in our warehouse during this time period, RO SHAM BEAUX, will refund deposits at the customer’s request. If an order is cancelled in time to prevent production, we will refund all deposits. If cancellations are not received in time to prevent producing, we will issue a refund less a 25% restocking fee.

Warranty
Our products carry a lifetime warranty for materials and craftsmanship. We firmly stand behind everything we make and will do what is necessary to ensure client satisfaction should anything fall short of expectations. The lifetime warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the fixture itself, and does not extend to ancillary charges such as site work or electrician fees. Determination of whether a repair or replacement is appropriate will be made by us at our discretion. Any approved repair work must be performed by us. Unauthorized repairs or modifications will void this warranty entirely. Incorrect installation or failure to follow our care instructions will void this warranty entirely. This warranty does not cover damages from weathering, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Bench Made
Our fixtures are bench-made and we pride ourselves on this form of craftsmanship. We believe this is why our fixtures hold such appeal for clients who seek individual quality. However, this type of production can lead to slight imperfections. Please don’t be surprised by occasional slight irregularities, inconsistencies, or variations in the fixtures.

Glass
Much of the glass we use is hand blown. Due to unique production methods, natural variation in tone and texture may occur.

Wood Product
*Knots, gauges, small cracks, and nail holes are inherent characteristics of many of our wood products and do not constitute damage/defects. No claims will be considered for these characteristics.

Intellectual Property
RO SHAM BEAUX retains copyright and ownership of all quotations, designs, drawings, and plans.
